Consult Call

One of our team members will be in touch to set up an initial phone call. During this call, we gather information about your vision, needs, and budget for the trip. We ask questions around travel preferences, past trips, villa/hotel style, needs of the group, etc. in order to curate a proposal that is specific to you.

Share Proposal

The inherent value of working with us is taking the planning off your plate and allowing us to do the research, planning and proposing. Once the proposal is ready, we will work together to ensure you feel confident that you are choosing the perfect destination!

Book

Once you’ve approved the proposal we will secure the main components of the trip. For clients who are only booking accommodations through us, we will VIP your booking direct with the property, and share travel details in our App. For complete trip-planning we will VIP your booking direct with the property, share travel details in our App, then focus on locking in rates for the basics - flights, accommodations, and transfers.

Finalize

As travel dates get closer, we finalize the remaining spa reservations, dining, activities, guided tours, and/or provide you with a list of personalized suggestions for you to explore at your leisure. Everything will be uploaded in our SmartFlyer App as an easy way to access each booking and see any updates in real time.

Depart

A week out from travel, we speak directly to the suppliers and talk through each detail of your booking to ensure all is set. We pride ourselves on creating personal relationships with the hoteliers, tour operators, etc. and it is through these strong connections our clients receive an extra level of care and attention at their destination. During this time we also touch base with you to make note of any final requests or changes.

Welcome Home

Once travel is completed, we check-in with clients to hear about the trip. We love hearing personalized feedback, stand-out experiences, and impressions of each property. Through these follow-up conversations, client’s travel experiences become better with each trip.
